New Townhomes for sale coming to Silverleaf.
DMB and The New Home Company purchased property located at the intersection of Legacy Boulevard and Thompson Peak Parkway for development on February 6, 2017. DMB/NEW HOME anticipate that construction will begin in mid-2017 with sales commencing in late 2017. Pricing has not been determined.

The 72-home development called Sterling at Silverleaf is a revamp of an earlier $350 million project announced for the site that would have brought 213 condos to the area.
Scottsdale-based DMB is partnering with The New Home Co. of Orange County, Calif., to develop the homes that will be spread over eight buildings
Homes in Silverleaf are spread across 2,000 acres and contains over 700 homes that are either custom or semi-custom. Most homes have spectacular views of the surrounding natural environment.
